PROJECT BRIEF
Mr & Mrs Lord-Castle wanted a new Flooring installed throughout the ground floor of their new residential property in Altrincham. They contacted us after searching for a local flooring comany that specialised in Parquet Flooring.
Having established a budget they wanted us to work to we specified Camaro flooring. Upon viewing the Georgian Oak option they knew right there and then that they had the perfect option for the look they wanted to achieve,
FLOOR PREPARATION & FITTING
This project was a new build so we had to first ascertain the moisture levels within the concrete subfloor. Having established a moisture reading of 85% RH we installed a surface DPM (damp proof membrane) before screeding to SR1 level with Ardex NA latex screed.
The floor was installed by out Polyflor Parquet Fitters
