PROJECT OVERVIEW: Mr Graham contacted Luxury Flooring Manchester for expert advice on new flooring installed in the kitchen and dining areas of his new home in Burnage.
BESPOKE DESIGN
The brief for this project was to find a luxury vinyl tile that was rustic, warm and different. Once we introduced him to Camaro’s Wild Amber Oak he agreed that it was perfect. We included 5mm design strip to create a stunning ship deck effect.
FLOOR PREPARATION & FITTING For this project, our floor preparation services involved overlaying the ground floor with Hanson SP101 plywood. We then applied a premium self-leveling compound to achieve a perfectly level and flat floor, preparing it for the final floor coverings.
INSTALLATION SPECIFICATIONS: To fulfill the client’s desire for a one-of-a-kind and extraordinary flooring design, our Polyflor fitters embarked on a creative journey. Our objective was to create a stunning visual impact by ship-deck effect by using grout stripping between each plank.
This project required the installation of 9mm ply and Ardex NA Latex Screed. The floor was fitted by our Polyflor fitters
