As the main flooring contractors for The Dobiere Group we recently installed this stunning Karndean commercial flooring in one of their public houses in Manchester City Centre.
This project required heavy-duty commercial flooring that complemented the decor. In keeping with the style of the pub we specified Hickory Nutmeg from Karndean’s Art Select range. It comes with a 20-year commercial warranty.
FLOOR PREPARATION WORK
The floor was composed of both concrete and wood so we installed Hanson SP101 ply and latex screed and Fball Latex Screed. This floor was installed by our Karndean Fitters.
