PROJECT OVERVIEW
My Dentist required new commercial flooring throughout the training rooms in their dental training academy. They contacted us after searching for a local commercial flooring contractor.
This project, in Manchester City Centre’s Northern Quarter, required us to uplift and install the floor out of hours at the weekend. It had to be completed for Monday morning.
ABOUT THE FLOOR COVERING
Polyflor’s Polysafe Wood FX was specified for the training rooms a non-slip safety floor for the stairwells commercial nosing and Desso carpet tiles for the board room.
FLOOR PREPARATION WORK & FITTING
This project required us to uplift the existing flooring and commence with some extensive repair work to the wooden substrate. Once the substrate was addressed the whole area was overlaid with Hanson SP101 ply (9mm) which was screeded over with Ardex NA Latex. The safety Flooring and carpet tiles were installed by our commercial flooring fitters
