PROJECT: Our client Mr Abram contacted Luxury Flooring Manchester to supply and install Karndean Warm Brushed Oak Herringbone throughout the kitchen and dining area of his Victorian property following an extension to his kitchen.
SPECIFICATION: Karndean Warm Brushed Oak SM-VGW121T With a subtle texture, golden sand colouring and neutral appearance, Warm Brushed Oak is the perfect choice for an authentic real wood finish with its unique natural wood grain emboss.
PREPARATION: This project required our floor preparation team to overlay the original floorboards with 6mm flooring grade ply prepare the floor with, latex smoothing compound, to ensure a flawless finish.
INSTALLATION: Our team of skilled Karndean fitters was on a mission to transform our client’s dream into a stunning reality. Before laying down this exquisite, borderless herringbone design, we took the time to meticulously prepare the subfloor. With a blend of top-grade plywood and fiber-reinforced smoothing compound, we ensured a flawless finish that meets the highest industry standards. This project spanned an impressive 33 square meters and was completed in just three days.
