Installation of Karndean Art Select Royale, Hickory Nutmeg – Prestwich
PROJECT OVERVIEW Mr Abel wanted new flooring installed in the hallway, lounge and dining area in his new home. He contacted us after searching for a local flooring company that specialised in Karndean flooring in Prestwich.
PREINSTALLATION WORK & FITTING
This property had a subfloor that was two different heights. composed of both concrete and floorboards. The customer wanted the whole ground floor to be at the same level. We overlaid floorboards with Hanson SP101 and screeded over the concrete area to build it up to the level of the ply. Once the screed had dried we screeded the whole area again for a superior finish.
The floor was then installed by our Karndean Fitters
