KARNDEAN SPECIFICATION Opus Argen WP414 Argen brings striking silver highlights to the strong charcoal of this distinctive wood effect large plank. PREPARATION: We began the floor preparation for this Karndean LVT flooring project in Hale Barns by uplifting existing laminate flooring. Upon establishing that the subfloor was strucurally sound we primed and screeded the floor across the hallway, day room, kitchen, diner and utility room, bathroom x 2
