PROJECT OVERVIEW Mr. Rajasekaran, our valued client, recently acquired a new residence in Sale, Trafford, M33. Already having a clear preference for Karndean Van Gogh – Wellington Oak as his flooring choice, Mr. Rajasekaran sought out Luxury Flooring Manchester‘s expertise. He reached out to us to gain insights into any pre-installation requirements and the associated costs for fitting this exquisite flooring throughout the ground floor of his new home.
FLOOR SPECIFICATION: Van Gogh Gluedown Wellington Oak VGW53T – couples the distinctive knot details of our Van Gogh range of oak effects, with a warmer mid brown for a neutral, classic backdrop to any room. The larger planks create a sense of space whilst the rich tones ensure your room remains welcoming and homely.
PREPARATION WORK:The property featured floorboards throughout, so floor preparation process involved overlaying those floorboards with plywood. We then meticulously finished the new substrate with 5mm latex self-leveling compound.
FLOOR INSTALLATION: Our passionate team of Karndean fitters embarked on the journey of transforming this space. They installed the flooring in a straight lay, seamlessly flowing through each room and covering an impressive area of 56m2 in just 4 days.
