A gentle cool mid-brown coupled with faithfully recreated oak grain makes for an attractive, traditional look.

PREPARATION WORK: For this newly built property, our first step was to meticulously assess the subfloor for moisture levels. After confirming that the moisture levels were well within acceptable limits, we proceeded to prime and impeccably finish the floor with a 5mm latex self-leveling compound.
