We simply access it at trade rather than through a standard retail route, which means better pricing for you without any compromise on product quality
We provide an exclusive warranty that matches the manufacturer standard and covers both the product and the fitting. Most suppliers only cover the product itself — leaving the installation uncovered. Our warranty covers both, giving you complete protection from the moment we finish the job.
Glue-down Amtico — covering Signature, Form, Spacia, and Decor — is permanently bonded to the subfloor. It’s the right choice for bespoke borders, complex patterns, and staircase installations, but requires a perfectly flat surface. Click Smart is a floating rigid core system — quicker to install and more tolerant of minor subfloor variation, but not suitable for bespoke border work, stairs, or conservatories, and has slightly slower heat transfer over underfloor heating.
All Amtico glue-down ranges are fully compatible with wet and electric underfloor heating. We use adhesives rated for UFH systems and manage the commissioning process correctly before and after installation.
