More Than Just A Floor covering. It’s A Feeling.

Sink into luxury. Relax in comfort.

At Luxury Flooring Manchester, we believe your carpet is the foundation of a happy home. It’s where your children learn to crawl, where you relax after a long day, and the first thing you feel when you wake up.

But choosing a carpet isn’t just about the colour. It’s about Texture, Durability, and the Fit.

We are Greater Manchester’s Carpet Specialists. Unlike the “pile ’em high” warehouses, we focus on the full package:

  • The Advice: We help you choose the right toggle rating for your stairs vs your bedroom.
  • The Underlay: We never skimp on the hidden layer that makes your carpet last twice as long.
  • The Fit: Our team stretches, tucks, and finishes every room to perfection.

Expert Installation: The Secret to Longevity

A carpet is only as good as the underlay.

A luxury carpet is only as good as its installation. Unlike retailers offeringfree fitting using budget materials, we prioritise longevity.

  • Premium Underlay: We use high-density Cloud 9 or Tredaire underlay to extend the life of your carpet and improve insulation.
  • Gripper Rods: We check and replace old grippers to ensure a tight stretch.
  • Door Bars: We supply premium finishes (Brass/Chrome/Black) rather than standard cheap metal strips.

FAQ – Carpets

Stairs take the most impact in the house. We recommend a high-density wool blend (80/20) or a heavy-weight polypropylene. Avoid deep-pile Saxon carpets on stairs as they will flatten quickly. A Stair Runner is a great way to protect the centre of the stairs while looking stylish.

Think of underlay as the suspension on a car. It absorbs the shock of your footsteps, stopping the carpet pile from crushing against the hard floor. A good underlay can make a £20/m² carpet feel like a £50/m² carpet.

Yes! Stair rods are the “jewellery” for your staircase. We supply and fit a wide range of finishes, including Antique Brass, Black, and Polished Chrome.
