This stunning Amtico LVT, a deep, natural, mid-tone oak, brought a touch of comfort and tradition to her hallway, kitchen, diner, and bathroom, perfectly complementing her home’s modernization.

Precision Installation by Local Amtico Experts

Achieving this flawless finish required extensive groundwork. Our floor preparation team tackled a complex subfloor with a mixture of existing floorboards, concrete, and a new extension, all at different levels. We installed a surface Damp Proof Membrane (DPM) to the new slab and meticulously overlaid the floorboards with Hanson SP101 Ply before screeding in 2 stages to establish a perfectly level floor.

Our dedicated team of Amtico fitters then seamlessly installed the Amtico luxury vinyl flooring in a standard straight lay plank format. This precise process, covering a substantial 56m², was meticulously completed in just 4 days, ensuring both efficiency and excellence in every detail across the hallway, kitchen, diner, and bathroom.
