PROJECT OVERVIEW: Our esteemed client, Mr. Chadwick, made the thoughtful choice of partnering with Luxury Flooring Manchester to embark on the exciting journey of modernising his residential property in Urmston. His vision was clear: to craft a captivating statement entrance inspired by the elegance of the Victorian era. To transform this vision into reality, Mr. Chadwick entrusted us with the crucial tasks of design, supply, and installation. We worked diligently to adorn his hallway and cloakroom with exquisite black and white Victorian-inspired tiles, breathing life into his dream space.

PREPARATION WORK: Our journey began by removing the existing carpet, gripper rods, and underlay, laying the groundwork for the transformative installation. We meticulously overlayed the floorboards with 6mm flooring grade ply, ensuring a sturdy foundation. To achieve a flawless finish, we expertly applied Arditex NA, a fibre-reinforced smoothing compound known for its superior results.
FLOOR INSTALLATION: With precision and attention to detail, we embarked on this stunning installation of Victorian flooring in Urmston. We skillfully installed the diamond borders around the perimeter, setting the stage for the captivating center line and the remaining field. Our dedicated team of Victorian Tile Specialists worked tirelessly for three days, showcasing their expertise and craftsmanship, to bring the vision to life across a beautiful 20m2 area.

An excellent set of lads who worked really hard and went that extra mile when the job needed a few tweaks here and there. Always polite, helpful and cheerful which is very needed when you come in and work an extra weekend shift. The floor looks fantastic and the price was unbelievable.
