PROJECT OVERVIEW Our client, Mrs. Crowe contacted Luxury Flooring Manchester whilst in the early stages of planning the modernisation of her family  home in Didsbury

AMTICO SPECIFICATION: Amtico Spacia Sheerwood Oak SS5W2532 – “A deep, natural, mid-tone oak guaranteed to bring that touch of comfort and tradition to any interior.”

PREPARATION WORK: This project required extensive floor preparation work required for this project because the there was a mixute of exting floor baords, concrete and new extension that were all at different levels. We installed a surface Damp Proof Membrane (DPM) to the new slab, overlaid the floorboards with Hanson SP101 Ply before screeding in 2 stages to establish a level floor.

FLOOR INSTALLATION: For this project, we seamlessly installed Amtico luxury vinyl flooring in a standard straight lay plank format. This flooring upgrade extended gracefully across the hallway, kitchen, diner, and bathroom, covering a substantial area of 56m2. Our dedicated team of Amtico fitters meticulously completed this installation within a span of just 4 days, ensuring both efficiency and excellence in every detail.
