Here’s a look at a recent project where Luxury Flooring Manchester expertly supplied and installed Amtico Spacia Sheerwood Oak flooring for Mrs. Crowe’s family home in Didsbury, Greater Manchester (M20). This stunning Amtico LVT, a deep, natural, mid-tone oak, brought a touch of comfort and tradition to her hallway, kitchen, diner, and bathroom, perfectly complementing her home’s modernization.
Achieving this flawless finish required extensive groundwork. Our floor preparation team tackled a complex subfloor with a mixture of existing floorboards, concrete, and a new extension, all at different levels. We installed a surface Damp Proof Membrane (DPM) to the new slab and meticulously overlaid the floorboards with Hanson SP101 Ply before screeding in 2 stages to establish a perfectly level floor.
Our dedicated team of Amtico fitters then seamlessly installed the Amtico luxury vinyl flooring in a standard straight lay plank format. This precise process, covering a substantial 56m², was meticulously completed in just 4 days, ensuring both efficiency and excellence in every detail across the hallway, kitchen, diner, and bathroom.
