PROJECT OVERVIEW: Mrs Carroll reached out to Luxury Flooring Manches whilst in the process of a basement renovation. She wanted new flooring installed that complemented the rest of her home. She contacted us after searching for a local flooring company that specialises in luxury flooring in Stretford.
BESPOKE DESIGN
The brief for this project was to find a luxury vinyl tile that was similar in colour and size to the existing hardwood floor in the property. The nearest colour we colour-matched was Camaro’s Nut Tree. This measured 101 x 914mm so we doubled the planks up for an extra wide look and included contrasting design strips to create an authentic ship deck effect.
PRE INSTALLATION WORK AND FITTING
We started this project with the installation of an epoxy damp-proof membrane to the concrete subfloor. The following day we levelled the floor so the floor was finished to SR1 standard. The floor was installed by our approved Polyflor fitters
