CLIENT STORY: Dr. Faz, a dedicated Dental Practitioner, reached out to Luxury Flooring Manchester for help in selecting heavy-duty commercial flooring for their brand-new high-end dental practice in Northenden, Greater Manchester (M22). They envisioned an interior that exuded cleanliness, crispness, and ultra-modern aesthetics to create a calming experience for their clients. After considering various options, they decided on Polyflor Stone FX for the surgeries and Fusion parquet flooring for the waiting areas and walkways. FLOOR PREPARATION: The floor preparation for this project required us to install 18mm flooring grade plywood across both the ground and first floor before applying a finish coat of Arditex NA’s premium latex self-levelling compound to create a perfectly level area.

COMMERCIAL FLOORING INSTALLATION:  We kick off the installation by laying down the safety flooring in the surgeries. Here, the floor is expertly crafted with cap and cove, featuring 100mm upstands and hot-welded seams for added durability. Once that phase is wrapped up, we move on to installing the parquet flooring in the first-floor landing and waiting areas. This large-format parquet goes in without any border, giving it a modern, sleek, and stylish appearance. To complete the job, we extend the same flooring to the stairs in a straight lay pattern, finishing it off with Gradus stair nosing for that extra touch of excellence.
