This project required us to carefully uplift the existing flooring and commence with extensive repair work to the original wooden substrate. Acting as the ultimate professional for floor preparation, our team addressed the structural issues before overlaying the entire area with 9mm Hanson SP101 flooring grade plywood. This was then flawlessly screeded over with Ardex NA Latex, creating a perfectly smooth, stable foundation.
