PROJECT: Our client Mr & Mrs Newton chose Luxury Flooring Manchester to supply and install V4 Woodflooring A103 to the lounge of their residential property in East Didsbury, M20.
V4 WOODFLOORING DECO PARQUET A103 BRUSHED OAK Mirroring the proportions of a traditional floor board this plank suits a domestic interior whilst being versatile and easy to install. The rustic oak surface is lightly brushed to remove the soft grain, leaving a hard-wearing and tactile hardwood surface. 6 coats of natural matt lacquer protect the surface whilst maintaining the natural oak tone. The resulting floor is easy to maintain and extremely resistant to everyday wear and scratching, ideal for our modern lifestyles.
FLOOR PREPARATION: This project required our floor preparation team to remove parts of the existing concrete subfloor to undertake redial work. This subfloor had a number of small areas where the concrete had failed so we installed an epoxy damp-proof membrane, built up the areas again, and then levelled the ground floor using Arditex NA by Ardex
