The client selected the exquisite V4 Engineered Oak Flooring (A305 Deckboard Rustic Three Strip). Meticulously crafted from individual staves of rustic oak and finished with a hardwearing lacquer, this premium engineered wood brings a touch of modern elegance and natural charm, flowing seamlessly through the hallway, open-plan lounge, kitchen, diner, and utility rooms.

Professional Floor Preparation: Uplift & Latex Screeding

Achieving this splendid transformation required meticulous, technical groundwork. Our expert floor preparation team began by uplifting and safely removing the existing damaged wooden floor and ruined skirting boards.

• • Moisture Assessment: We conducted thorough checks to confirm the subfloor had returned to optimal moisture levels following the leak.

  • Precision Levelling: Once completely dry, we prepared the subfloor using Ardex NA latex screed. This created the perfectly flat, stable foundation required for a flawless engineered wood installation.

Expert Wood Flooring Installation

With the subfloor perfectly prepped, our dedicated wood flooring fitters embarked on a meticulous three-day installation.

Covering a total area of 73m², the team expertly fitted the V4 wood flooring to ensure a seamless blend of natural character and structural stability. As the final architectural touch, we supplied and installed brand-new skirting boards to frame the room, returning the apartment to its former glory.
