PROJECT BRIEF
Mr & Mrs Ford wanted new hardwood parquet flooring fitted in their new home. They had their heart set on a herringbone style parquet and wanted it fitted throughout their lounge, kitchen, diner and hallway plus the replacement of skirting boards. They contacted us searching for a local flooring company that specialises in Parquet Flooring in Worsley.
FLOORING
For this project we specified Ted Todd Raw Cotton Herringbone. “With subtle grey undertones and an undulating surface, Raw Cotton’s authentic planks are UV oiled and crafted with FSC® certified European Oak.” Sourced, Ted TodFLOOR
FLOOR PREPARATION & FITTING This installation required extensive floor preparation work. There was a mixture of floorboards and a concrete which required levelling. This required 9mm Hanson SP101 ply, a damp proof membrane (DPM), floor levelling (screeding) finished to SR1 level. The floor was then ready to be installed by our Parquet flooring fitters
