We Are Professional for Floor Preparation

Achieving this flawless finish required extensive groundwork. Before the installation began, our team—highly professional for floor preparation—tackled a demanding subfloor.

This involved applying a liquid epoxy damp proof membrane (DPM) directly to the concrete to manage moisture. We followed this by installing Hanson SP101 9mm flooring-grade ply and applying a premium F Ball Latex Screed. This multi-step process ensured a perfectly flat, structurally sound, and moisture-protected surface for the luxury vinyl tiles.

Dedicated Karndean Fitter & Local Service

With the subfloor perfectly leveled, our advanced installation team took over. Despite the kitchen units already being fully installed, our lead Karndean fitter meticulously completed this beautiful tile installation. They expertly incorporated a 3mm grout strip between the tiles, ensuring a highly authentic, seamless, and lasting finish across the 24m² space. The entire project was completed in just 2 days.
