We then expertly applied a smoothing screed over the concrete section to elevate it seamlessly to the level of the new plywood. After allowing the first screed to properly dry, we carried out a comprehensive second screeding across the entire area, ensuring a superior, flawless, and perfectly level foundation.

With the subfloor perfectly prepared, our advanced installation team took over. Our lead Karndean fitter seamlessly executed the installation of the luxury vinyl flooring in a classic straight lay style. The planks were fully bonded to the subfloor, ensuring a beautiful, stable, and lasting finish across the 45m² area.
