Our team—highly professional for floor preparation—started by installing a liquid damp proof course (DPM) directly over the new concrete base to ensure absolute moisture control.
Once the DPM was fully cured, we meticulously built up the subfloor in two separate phases using a premium latex screed. This intensive process seamlessly bridged the height gap, ensuring a perfectly level, smooth, and stable foundation across the entire 56m² footprint.
