The fitters and trusted adviser, Lee and John were extremely knowledgable and skilled also helpful and very pleasant and respectful. They and you kept us fully informed on what they were doing and timings for the job. Everyone seems to work all the hours available, answering calls and emails rapidly, efficiently and at all hours. The job was undertaken very quickly which was a real bonus as the floor needed to be replaced as quickly as possible. The flat was left very tidy and clean. Overall I couldn’t be more thrilled with your service.
