PREPARATION: To embark on this flooring transformation, we first had to uplift the existing laminate floor, which had been damaged due to a water leak. Once the old flooring was removed, our experienced team proceeded to assess the moisture levels in the subfloor. Fortunately, there were no moisture issues, and the subfloor was deemed suitable for the commencement of the floor preparation work. Our meticulous floor preparation included the installation of Arditex NA smoothing compound to meet the stringent SR1 standards. This process ensured that the subfloor was perfectly level and prepared to provide a solid foundation for the Karndean Design Flooring. After completing the floor preparation, we allowed the compound to cure for 24 hours, ensuring its stability and durability.

INSTALLATION: The following day, our skilled Karndean fitters commenced the installation process. They expertly installed the Mountain Oak planks in a standard straight lay format, meticulously aligning each piece to achieve a seamless and visually stunning result. The attention to detail and precision exhibited by our fitters ensured a flawless and high-quality installation.
