PROJECT OVERVIEW Mr. Visana, our valued client, reached out to Luxury Flooring Manchester to find the perfect design floor to complement his interior design vision. He wanted a dark and warm floor with plenty of character, something that would work perfectly with his vibrant decor. We knew the perfect solution and introduced him to smoked oak from Karndean’s Van Gogh collection and he agreed it was perfect!
FLOOR SPECIFICATION: Van Gogh Gluedown Smoked Oak VGW70T – Brings a subtle smokey hue to its varied mix of warm and nut-brown tones. As with all of our oak plank designs, we have carefully recreated the natural grains and knots of a classic oak look.
FLOOR PREPARATION This project required us to overlay floorboards with 9mm Hanson SP101 ply and finish with a semi-flexible latex smoothing compound in the lounge, dining area, and hallway. landing plus 3 bedrooms.
FLOOR INSTALLATION: Our Karndean fitters transformed this charming home space. They installed the flooring in a straight lay pattern, seamlessly flowing through each room and covering an impressive area of 70m2 in just 5 days.
