PROJECT: Our client Miss Dawson picked Luxury Flooring Manchester to supply and install Project Floors Rochester Oak PW 3220/FP Chevron parquet to the open plan loung, kitchen, diner, and hallway of their city centre apartment.
PROJECT FLOORS ROCHESTER OAK PW 3220/FP: Rochester Oak is a highly useable soft, neutral grain with sandy undertones. Perfect when a traditional oak is required.
FLOOR PREPARATION: In this project, we undertook the uplift of the existing laminate flooring before starting the floor preparation with 9mm flooring grade plywood and latex smoothing compound ready for the installation of this lovely luxury vinyl Chevron floor.
